In addition to its top-class capture performance of 0.0015μm (1.5nm) 9LRV in the gas filter industry, it is also suitable for vapor lines of liquid and solid sources, as well as special gases. With a metal element that excels in corrosion and heat resistance, it can withstand high temperatures of up to 460°C.
